Former Fire Chief to be sentenced August 1

The sentencing on three felonies for former fire chief Dave MacBean will be held August 1, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Sentencing will be held in courtroom 4-F of the Jefferson County Courthouse. Citizens and taxpayers, victims of these felony thefts, can choose to submit a Victim Impact Statement to the judge prior to sentencing. The Victim Impact Statement can include your thoughts on the impact of the crimes on the community, you, and the Inter-Canyon Fire Protection District.
